we would like to exchange our 1 bedroom bungalow in bridgwater, for a 2 bedroomed property with an enclosed garden needed, anywhere considered

we have enclosed front garden and 1 enclosed fenced off back garden, newly fitted central heating and recently decorated throughout, we have a newly fully furnished kitchen, a fitted gas fire in the living room, all rooms are a decent size, the bedroom has a walk in double wardrobe and the living room has a walk in cupboard with shelves for storage.
The back garden has a outside storage cupboard attached to the bungalow.
we also have a shed with full electrics and powerpoints, would consider swap if neccessary.
we are located right next door to somerfield, there is a fish and chip shop across the road and the train station is a 5 minute walk away and the bus stop is opposite and bridgwater town is just a 15 minute walk away.

we would prefer blackwood in wales but will consider elsewhere
