we have a one bedroomed bungalow in bridgwater somerset, not on an estate.
we are situated right next door to somerfield and bridgwater town is only 15 minutes walk, the train station is 5 minutes away, and the bus stop is only across the road.

The bungalow has a brand new fitted kitchen, newly decrorated throughout, new central heating has just been fitted, double glazing windows, normal sized bedroom with bulit in wardrobe, a large sized living room with a built in gas fire and a large front and back garden with a side gate attached.
the back garden is fenced all around it also has a built in outside cupboard for storing tools or gardening equipment.

There is an outside shed with full working electrics? a swap may be considered.
we have two small dogs therefore it is neccessary for us to have an enclosed garden.
