Hi I have a 2 bed terraced house, it has a large back garden with decking and patio area along with a large grass area which is ideal for children and pets.In the garden there is also a large double storey wooden playhouse which cost me over £500 2 years ago which i am willing to leave.To the front of the property there is a small front garden with own drive for 1 car.

The property has double glazing, GCH and new front and back doors as well as new kitchen and bathroom with electric shower which were recently fitted and decorated at same time. There is laminate flooring downstairs and nice black fire (not council) which I am willing to leave.

Close to local shops, a number of schools and bus routes with easy access to city centre. i am a five minute drive to culverhouse cross and a short drive from barry island.

i\\\\\\\'m looking for a 3 or 4 bed property, preferably a parlour style in the Ely or Fairwater area\\\\\\\'s as my daughter is in the local welsh school, however other areas will be considered not concerned about decoration as I am happy to decorate. ntw please. i would also consider a three way for right property.
